In a session, I will move my hands just above or lightly touching(with the client's approval) the client's clothed body. The intention is to reduce stress and promote healing through a healthy flow of energy. I will remove any blockages or shift the energy to bring you back into balance. Depending on the root cause of the blockage, this can take more than one session. Distance Sessions also offered. Healing is sent to you in the comfort of your home.
